What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Allow 5-8 days before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Are the illustrations unique?
All artwork is hand-drawn using multi-materials by one illustrator based in North London, UK.
Why embroidery and not print?
Because print fades. Embroidery doesn't. Each character is stitched directly into the fabric, adding texture, depth, and a permanence that print simply can't match. It's slower to make, but that's rather the point.
Will the embroidery feel scratchy on the inside?
No. The extremely thin backing sits cleanly against the skin. You won't notice it's there.
Are all the shirts identical?
Close, but not exactly. Because every piece is sewn individually, no two are quite alike. Which feels appropriate for the characters.
Will t-shirts keep their shape after washing?
The ribbed collar has a taped neck specifically to keep its form wash after wash. Side seams give it a clean silhouette that lasts.
